多准则群决策是决策领域的研究热点,如何在信息不确定性和评价主观性背景下选择合适的决策方法则是研究的难点.为了解决这一问题,提出一个新的基于粗糙数的多准则群决策方法.首先,提出基于粗糙数的最优最劣方法 (RBWM)确定评价准则的权重;然后,利用粗糙数改进的逼近理想解排序法(RTOPSIS)评价备选方案并做出最优决策;最后,利用一个实例对所提出的群决策方法进行应用和灵敏度分析,并与其他决策方法进行对比分析,验证了所提出方法的有效性和准确性.
Multi-criteria group decision-making is a research hotspot in the field of decision-making, and how to choose the appropriate decision-making method under the background of information uncertainty and evaluation subjectivity is a difficult point to study.In order to solve this problem, a new rough rule-based multi-criteria Group decision-making method.First of all, we propose the Rough Set Based Optimal Worst Method (RBWM) to determine the weight of the evaluation criteria. Then, we evaluate the alternatives and make the optimal decision by using rough set improved Approximation Ideal Solution (RTOPSIS) Finally, an example is used to analyze the application and sensitivity of the proposed group decision-making method, and compared with other decision-making methods to verify the effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed method.
