筑波大学现有教职员3256人,学生8906人.该校是以办成区别于传统大学的所谓“开放性大学”为基本特征.是一所基础和应用、教育和研究并重的对外开放的综合性大学.作者荣幸地作为该校化学系第一个中华人民共和国留学人员,在那里学习和生活了两年.其中感受最深的是他们对实验室废液的管理十分严密.现就所知简介如下.
