针对截割部行星架载荷难以实测及多轴疲劳分析困难等问题,提出了多款软件联合进行疲劳寿命仿真的方法。利用Pro/E、ADAMS、ANSYS软件,建立了采煤机截割部行星轮机构的刚柔耦合模型。在ADAMS中进行虚拟样机试验,获得柔性行星架的载荷谱。用ANSYS/FE-SAFE对多载荷作用下的行星架进行疲劳寿命分析,得到行星架疲劳寿命及疲劳寿命云图。计算结果表明,该方法能够对行星架进行有效的寿命预测,为行星架可靠性研究提供参考。
Aiming at the problems such as the difficult to measure the load of the planet carrier in the cutting part and the difficulty of the multi-axis fatigue analysis, several methods of simulating the fatigue life jointly with the software are put forward. Using Pro / E, ADAMS and ANSYS software, a rigid-flexible coupling model of planetary gear mechanism of shearer cutting section was established. In ADAMS virtual prototyping test to obtain the load spectrum of the flexible planet carrier. Using ANSYS / FE-SAFE to analyze the fatigue life of the planet carrier under multi-load, the fatigue life and fatigue life of the planet carrier are obtained. The calculation results show that this method can predict the effective life of the planet carrier and provide a reference for the research of the planet carrier reliability.
