1989年7月—炼钢厂退废量达到3568吨,其中拉裂废品1108吨,占退废总量的31%,8月份前半个月拉裂废品已达776吨,拉裂废品呈逐月上升趋势。为了减少拉裂废品,找出产生拉裂的原因,提出解决措施,9月份公司组织进行5炉16MnR试验,结果简介如下。 1 拉裂与生产工艺从16MnR钢种研制开始,对钢坯拉裂形成机理和产生原因,已进行多次探讨,有的已作出结论。本次试验只对生产工艺过程中与钢坯拉裂有关的主要因素进行跟踪。平炉冶炼终点前10钟,炉内预脱氧时钢水温
