左心粘液瘤是发生于左心房、左心室内的心脏肿瘤,是一种严重的心脏病,需手术治疗。现将我院1989年~19994年间手术治疗左心粘液瘤20例的结果及体会报告如下:1 资料与方法1．1 一般资料:本组病人20例,其中男16例。女4例,年龄28岁~52岁。左心房粘液瘤19例,左心室粘液瘤1例。病人均有心悸、胸闷、气短、活动受限并逐渐加重入院,病史2~4个月,合并脑血管栓塞1例,头晕及心前区疼痛6例,口唇发绀7
Left heart myxoma is a heart tumor that occurs in the left atrium and left ventricle. It is a serious heart disease and requires surgery. The results and experience of surgical treatment of left heart myxoma in 20 cases from 1989 to 1999 in our hospital are reported as follows: 1 Materials and methods 1.1 General information: There are 20 patients in this group, including 16 males. 4 females, aged 28 to 52 years old. Left atrial myxoma in 19 cases, left ventricular myxoma in 1 case.
