一、本工作研究了靜脉注入氯丙嗪对兔皮层体感觉性誘发电位与直接皮层电反应各相成分的影响,并观察了該药对隔离皮层电反应的影响。二、每公斤体重注入4~5毫克的氯丙嗪可使誘发电位与直接皮层电反应的表負波受到显著的阻抑作用.但它們的表正波却受影响不大。誘发电位的次反应(第二正波)亦受到明显的阻抑作用。三、靜脉注入同剂量的氯丙嗪对隔离皮层的直接电反应几乎不发生影响,局部施加氯丙嗪只在浓度很高时始能对皮层电位有阻抑作用。这表明在本实驗条件下,氯丙嗪对皮层电反应的影响不是直接作用皮于层的結果。四、靜脉注入同剂量的氯丙嗪可使血压明显降低,其变化过程与皮层电变化的过程在时程上十分一致,說明氯丙嗪对网状結构上行系統的阻断作用也可能与其对血压的影响有关。五、由上述結果可以推測,网状結构上行激动系統通常主要是对大脑皮层的表层成分发生紧张性影响,以維持与改变其兴奋状态的。
First, this work studied the impact of intravenous injection of chlorpromazine on rabbit cortical somatosensory evoked potentials and direct cortical electrical response of each phase composition, and observed the drug on the isolated cortical electrical response.
