可乐宁是一种能降低人和动物血压的咪唑啉衍生物。它也能降低人的胃酸分泌,但对动物胃酸分泌的影响有差异:对清醒大白鼠的胃酸分泌具抑制作用,而对麻醉的大白鼠却能刺激其胃酸分泌。对清醒狗能增加由五肽胃泌素引起的胃酸分泌,不影响由氨甲酰胆硷引起的分泌,却可对抗由胰岛素引起的胃酸分泌。因此,在实验动物,可乐宁对胃酸分泌的影响取决于动物种类、意识状态和所使用的促泌素的种类。
Clonidine is an imidazoline derivative that reduces blood pressure in humans and animals. It also reduces gastric acid secretion in humans but has a different effect on gastric acid secretion in animals: it inhibits gastric acid secretion in conscious rats, while it stimulates gastric acid secretion in anesthetized rats. On awake dogs can increase pentagastrin caused by gastric acid secretion, does not affect the secretion caused by carbachol, but can be opposed by insulin-induced gastric acid secretion. Therefore, in laboratory animals, the effect of clonidine on gastric acid secretion depends on the animal species, the state of consciousness and the type of secretin used.
