日本鸟取县果实连成功地进行了二十世纪梨的长期贮藏试验。他们是采用聚乙烯袋和保鲜剂的贮藏方式,与向来的低温贮藏比,能使采收时的鲜度保持半年,是划时期的贮藏方式。该果实连和鸟取大学农学部的林教授,以CA贮藏为启示,用聚乙烯袋做成气密状态,从而成功了。此法简单,而且不需费多大事就能达到长期贮藏。他们说:“应在入库阶段贮藏优质梨,进一步延长贮藏时间,持续研究,反复试验,以确立整年间都能上市的方式为目标”。
