以蝴蝶兰 (Phalaenopsis)花梗腋芽为外植体 ,研究出一种高效、简便的诱导原球茎 (Protocorm)的方法 .在不含其他有机添加物 ,只添加BA (3mg/L) +NAA (0 .1mg/L)的MS培养基中 ,原球茎诱导效率达 80 % .相同培养基继代 ,4周内即可发育成幼苗 .在含有IAA(0 .1mg/L)的MS培养基中 ,4 0 %的幼苗可以诱导生根 ,并移植成功 .由于此方法简便、经济有效 ,可应用于工厂化生产 ,而且获得的优质原球茎也为进一步的遗传改良提供材料 .
Using the axillary buds of Phalaenopsis pedicel as explants, an efficient and simple method for inducing Protocorm was developed.Without addition of other organic additives, only BA (3mg / L) + NAA (0 .1mg / L) of MS medium, the induction efficiency of protocorm can reach 80% .The same medium can develop into seedlings within 4 weeks subculture.In MS medium containing IAA (0.1mg / L) 40% of the seedlings can induce rooting and transplant successfully.Because this method is simple and cost-effective, it can be applied to industrialized production, and the obtained high-quality protocorms also provide material for further genetic improvement.
