游泳是在一个特殊的环境下比赛和训练,人的感受和在空气中不同,青少年在游泳训练时由于水的物理特性,这给建立运动技能的动力定型造成了一定困难,既要考虑提高成绩又要克服环境对选手的影响,为此需要创造一些适合青少年训练的方式方法。本人通过多年的实际训练操作,掌握了几个比较有效的训练方法,总结出来与大家共同探讨。
