为了进一步改进热处理电阻炉的快速测温系统的精确性,应用STC89C52单片机进行了电阻丝的温控系统设计。应用设计的算法进行温度控制系统Proteus仿真得到:设定与实际温差大于10℃时完成电阻丝持续加热;小于10℃时应用算法PWM方波控制加热的精确控温;设定小于实际温度时实现了降温功能。这一研究对于温控系统的智能化应用发展具有一定的意义。
In order to further improve the accuracy of the rapid temperature measurement system of the heat treatment resistance furnace, the temperature control system of the resistance wire was designed by using the STC89C52 microcontroller.
