本文根据渐开线齿形在仪表增速传动中存在的问题,为改进啮合性能和减少刀具提出了一种新型渐开线齿形—基准齿廓双压力角渐开线齿形,推导了齿轮不同齿数的齿廓曲线方程,并利用编制的程序在z—80计算机与SR—6602绘图仪上绘出齿形,然后按啮合过程计算并分析了传动比i,力矩比i_M 和效率η的变动率以及误差的影响,最后用实际加工的齿轮在钟表齿轮力矩测定仪上进行了啮合测试,实验结果表明,传动灵活可靠,性能满足增速传动的要求,且刀具少工艺方便。文中列出了实验结果及装在手表中与同类产品的比较。
In this paper, according to the existing problems of involute tooth profile in the instrument transmission, a new involute profile - reference profile double pressure angle involute profile is proposed to improve the meshing performance and reduce the tool.
