为推广堤防隐患探测新技术,确保3年完成临黄大堤堤身隐患普测、今年汛前完成1/3堤防的隐患探测任务,1999年5月6～9日,由委科技外事局与委河务局共同组织,河南黄河河务局承办,在焦作举办了黄河堤防隐患探测技术培训班。来自河南省局及下属6个地市局的近30名学员参加了培训班。培训班聘请黄委设计院物探总队5位物探专家,分别对堤防隐患探测的基本理论、探测技术、仪器操作和资料分析等进行了系统讲解,
In order to promote the detection of embankment hidden dangers of new technologies to ensure that 3 years to complete the Provisional embankment embankment general survey, before the flood of 1/3 this year to complete the embankment hazard detection mission, May 6, 1999 to 9, River Bureau jointly organized by the Yellow River, Henan Bureau of contractors, held in Jiaozuo Yellow River embankment detection technology training courses.
