血管外被細胞瘤又称血管周細胞瘤,临床上极为罕見,我院于1960年7月間曾收治左耳下皮肤巨型血管外被細胞瘤一例。兹介紹如下。病例报告患者梅某,女性,45岁,已婚,农民,住院号1946,于1960年7月13日因左侧耳下巨大肿物已20余年入院。在20多年以前,在左侧耳下后方一厘米处摸到一个小疙瘩,无痛,不痒,能活动,大如蚕豆,以后逐年增长大如鸡蛋,但保持了十余年未見明显增大,最近两年来此肿物又迅速长大似儿头,有时觉得墜脹,无疼痛,尤以今年长得更快,大如籃球,經常感到疼痛,时有黄水流出,但食欲正常,大小便自如。过去无嘔血咯血史。爱人小孩均健康,二年前月經停止,无不良嗜好。
Extravascular hemangiomas, also known as angioblastomas, are extremely rare in clinical practice. In July 1960, our hospital had treated one patient with a giant blood vessel outer cell tumor under the left ear. This is described below. Case Report Patient Mei, female, 45 years old, married, farmer, hospital number 1946, on July 13, 1960, he had been hospitalized for more than 20 years because of a large mass under the left ear. In more than 20 years ago, a small pimple touched one centimeter behind the left ear, no pain, no itching, can move, as big as broad beans, then grew year by year like an egg, but it remained unchanged for more than ten years. In the past two years, this tumor has grown rapidly and resembles a child. Sometimes it feels bulging and painless, especially when it grows faster this year. It is as big as basketball. It often feels pain. When there is yellow water flowing out, but the appetite is normal. Easy to urinate. There was no history of hemoptysis in the past. Lovers and children are all healthy. Menstruation stopped two years ago. No bad habits.
