我处砂石料加工系统,因受地形限制,采料场与筛分系统两地高差较大。为解决这一差距,在粗碎机与半成品堆场之间,设一明溜槽。但在结构设计时,由于对输送的物料性质认识不足,造成投产后不久,混凝土构筑物磨损与槽内堆积拥高非常严重,影响了生产和安全。(一)明溜槽结构明溜槽长度68.2米,落差45.5米,倾斜度41°50′52″,底宽1.2米,侧墙高2.0米,为梯形断面。为抗磨起见在底板内铺有38公斤/米型钢轨七根用200号混凝土衬砌。侧墙用混凝土浇筑。投产后磨损严重部位及采取加固扩修方法,参看下图。
