阐述了流域系统中多目标水库群调度的性能评价模型的建立过程。提出的方法可用来计算每座水库为满足不同目标所分配的泄水量,制定河流强制泄流量的合理分配方案,并进行多目标调度系统性能评价。引入系统性能指标(SYSPI)来衡量系统整体性能。采用与模拟模块相关联的一种搜索算法实现SYSPI的最大化。介绍了该方法在印度讷尔默达河水系水库群中的应用情况。
The establishment process of performance evaluation model of multi-objective reservoir group scheduling in watershed system is expounded. The proposed method can be used to calculate the amount of discharge that each reservoir allocates to meet different targets, formulate a reasonable distribution plan for forced discharge of rivers, and evaluate the performance of the multi-objective scheduling system. The introduction of system performance indicators (SYSPI) to measure the overall system performance. Maximize SYSPI with a search algorithm associated with the analog module. The application of this method in the Narmada river system reservoir group in India is introduced.
