在异常颅内压病人的护理中,重要的是连续和正确地测出颅内压以便进行治疗。为了能长期使用,应变片压力传感器已经成功地取代了开口压力表,但是作为精确的长期测量,此传感器的稳定性不够。这里所叙述的系统采用了一个长期稳定性极好的电容压力传感器。这个传感器、封装的电子线路和发送机可植入体内以便经皮地遥测压力,由于不必使用穿过皮肤的引线就减少了感染的危险。压力对8—10兆赫范围内的振荡器频率进行调制,给出一个极其容易遥测的信号。为了避免周期性地更换电池,采用一个放在植入装置外面的线圈给系统感应能量,这样实际上就可使系统的工作寿命不受限制。
In the care of patients with abnormal intracranial pressure, it is important to measure intracranial pressure continuously and correctly for treatment. For long-term use, strain gage pressure transducers have succeeded in replacing open gauge pressure gauges, but as an accurate long-term measurement, the sensor’s stability is not sufficient. The system described here uses a capacitive pressure sensor with excellent long term stability. The sensor, packaged electronics and transmitter can be implanted into the body for telemetry pressure transdermally, reducing the risk of infection by eliminating the need to use leads through the skin. Pressure modulates the oscillator frequency in the 8-10 MHz range to give a signal that is extremely easy to telemetry. In order to avoid periodic battery replacement, a coil placed outside the implant imparts energy to the system, which in fact allows the system to have unlimited operating life.
