高中生处于人生的一个特殊阶段,面临着高考的压力,体育课在高中阶段往往被大家忽略,不论是在老师眼中还是在大多数一心扑在高考的学子们眼中,体育课往往都是一个“食之无味,弃之可惜”的角色。传统的体育课项目单一呆板学生缺乏对体育锻炼的快乐体验,然而越是学习任务繁重课业紧张的高中生越是需要健康的体魄,所以体育课堂体质锻炼显得尤为重要。如何改变体育课堂现状将成为教育工作者的主要研究课题,本文通过实际改革实践来论证体育课堂体质训练策略。
High school students in a special stage of life, facing the pressure of college entrance examination, physical education is often overlooked in high school stage, both in the eyes of the teacher or in the eyes of most students bent on college entrance examination, physical education is often a “Tasteless food, the pity to abandon” role. However, the more experienced high school students are in need of a healthy body, the physical exercise of physical education classroom is particularly important. How to change the current situation of physical education classroom will become the main research topic of educators. This paper demonstrates the physical training strategy of physical education classroom through practical reform practice.
