1　病历报告　　患者,男,47岁,主因发现右胸壁无痛性肿物3个月于1996年2月入院。无胸闷、气短,无发热,既往无手术外伤史,家族中无结核病史。体检:于右乳头上方可触及3cm×2cm肿物,质硬,表面光滑,不活动,压痛。右腋窝及锁骨上窝无淋巴结肿大。彩超提示:胸壁纤维瘤。行右胸壁纤维 1 Case report The patient, male, 47 years old, was admitted to hospital in February 1996 because of a painless mass that was found on the right chest wall for 3 months. No chest tightness, shortness of breath, no fever, no history of surgical trauma, and no family history of tuberculosis. Physical examination: 3cm x 2cm mass can be touched on the right nipple, hard, smooth surface, inactive, tenderness. There was no lymphadenopathy in the right axilla and supraclavicular fossa.
