为有效利用航空发动机故障状态下振动系统的非线性特征,把混沌引入到航空发动机故障诊断中。采用了一种集相空间重构技术和关联维数估计为一体的特征提取方案,确定混沌时间序列相空间重构两个重要参数,给出了关联维数的计算方法,准确估计出实测数据的结果。对3种典型故障振动数据的关联维做了计算仿真,仿真结果表明该方法提取的混沌特征量具有很好的聚类性,能很好地把3类故障区别开,达到对故障诊断的目的。
In order to effectively utilize the nonlinear characteristic of the vibration system under the condition of aeroengine fault, the chaos is introduced into the fault diagnosis of aeroengine. A feature extraction scheme integrating phase space reconstruction and correlation dimension estimation is adopted. Two important parameters of phase space reconstruction for chaotic time series are determined. The calculation method of correlation dimension is given and the measured data are accurately estimated the result of. The correlation dimension of the three kinds of typical vibration data is calculated and simulated. The simulation results show that the chaotic feature extracted by the method has good clustering ability, which can well distinguish the three types of faults and achieve the purpose of fault diagnosis .
