作者研究了风心病患者血小板膜表面活化标记蛋白(GMP-140)及血小板代谢、释放产物的变化。结果表明:风心病患者血小板膜表面及血浆 GMP-140分子数均明显升高,血浆β-TG、TXB_2也增高,窦律组风心病患者的血小板活化程度低于房颤组及血栓栓塞组风心病患者。结果表明风心病患者伴有较明显的血小板活化,这对进一步研究血小板在风心病血栓栓塞中的作用有重要意义。
The authors studied the changes of platelet membrane surface-activated marker protein (GMP-140) and platelet metabolism and release products in patients with rheumatic heart disease. The results showed that the number of GMP-140 molecules on platelet membrane and plasma in patients with rheumatic heart disease were significantly increased, and the plasma levels of β-TG and TXB_2 were also increased.
