本文在电解四氯化钛的工艺条件下,测定了阴、阳极极化曲线和反电势,分析讨论了影响电极过程和电流效率的因素。由于采用篮筐式阴极,因而除电流密度和钛离子浓度外,钛层结构对电极过程和电流效率起着重要的作用。测定结果表明,对于现有简单中心阴极电解工艺,钠的析出是电流效率低的主要原因。讨论了提高电流效率的办法。
In this paper, under the conditions of electrolysis of titanium tetrachloride, the anodic and cathodic polarization curve and back EMF were measured. The factors affecting the electrode process and the current efficiency were analyzed and discussed. Due to the basket-type cathode, the titanium layer structure plays an important role in the electrode process and current efficiency in addition to the current density and the titanium ion concentration. The results show that, for the existing simple center cathodic electrolysis process, sodium precipitation is the main reason for low current efficiency. Discusses ways to increase current efficiency.
