将开放式软件概念引入地理信息系统 (GIS)之中 ,提出并初步实现了面向电力市场的开放式可视化管理平台。实现了电力元件的图形化建模和网络拓扑自动分析 ;选用数据库作为外界应用与该平台进行信息交互的媒介 ,使其在开放性、可靠性等方面有明显优势。外部应用只需通过读写刷新表即可操纵 GIS图元的各种动作。这种开放平台可以方便地实现 GIS与外部应用的数据交换 ,在电力市场技术支持系统中有着广阔的应用前景
The concept of open software was introduced into GIS, and an open visual management platform for power market was proposed and initially realized. It realizes the graphical modeling of power components and the automatic analysis of network topology. The selection of database as the medium for external application to interact with the platform has obvious advantages in openness and reliability. External applications simply read and write refresh tables to manipulate GIS primitives for various actions. This kind of open platform can conveniently realize data exchange between GIS and external applications and has broad application prospect in power market technical support system
