通过课堂观察、师生座谈以及问卷调查等方法对某卫生高职院校的教学进行伦理审视。该卫生高职院校在教育教学中存在对高职生身份的低定位、教学模式改革成效不明显及教学中人文素养培养不到位等问题。卫生高职院校教育教学应树立现代职业教育理念,在教学过程中重视学生生命体验,促进知识的有效流动,坚持“立德树人”的教育宗旨,培养学生的健全人格,促进学生全面发展。
Through classroom observation, teacher-student discussion and questionnaire survey, the author conducts an ethical examination of the teaching of a health vocational college. The health vocational colleges in education and teaching there is a low positioning of the identity of higher vocational students, teaching reform is not obvious effect and teaching humanistic quality training is not in place and so on. Health education in vocational colleges should establish the concept of modern vocational education, emphasis on student life experience in the teaching process, and promote the effective flow of knowledge, adhere to the “Lideshu people” education purposes, cultivate students’ healthy personality and promote students All-round development.
