采用商业软件Fluent对软熔带焦炭熔损反应进行了数值模拟,阐明了影响焦炭反应速率的主要因素,分析得到以下结论:焦炭反应速率随着焦炭粒度的增大而减小,随着入口气体速度的增大而减小;焦炭反应速率随着温度的增加而增加,随着CO2体积分数的增加呈线性关系增加。
The commercial software Fluent was used to simulate the meltdown reaction of coke. The main factors affecting the coke reaction rate were elucidated. The main conclusions were drawn as follows: The coke reaction rate decreased with the increase of coke particle size. With the inlet gas The coke reaction rate increases with the increase of temperature, and increases linearly with the increase of CO2 volume fraction.
