植物名称光果甘草(Glycyrrhiza glab—ra);胀果甘草(G.inflata);黄甘草(G.korshinskyi);粗毛甘草(G.aspera);云南甘草(G.yunnanensis)。材料类别带节茎段。培养条件 MS培养基附加(1)BA0.5mg/L(激素浓度单位下同);(2)BA1;(3)BA2;(4)BA4;(5)BA2+NAA0.05;(6)ZT0.5;(7)ZT2;(8)ZT8及生根培养基(1/2)MS附加NAA0.1。培养温度25±1℃。每日光照12小时,光照强度约1500lx。生长与分化情况光果甘草等五种甘草种子经常规消毒后播在MS培养基上进行无菌萌发,得到无菌苗。取上述无菌苗的带节茎段接入各种培养基内进行试验。将光果甘草带节茎段插入培养基(5)内,
