黄铜是由铜和锌两种金属所组成的合金,具有耐蚀、强度高和工艺性能好等优点,然而在使用过程中易于脱锌,降低了其耐蚀性能。而在其中加入少量的合金元素锡及砷,就能极大地抑制其脱锌,从而提高其耐蚀性能。我厂现在生产的Hsn76—1A锡黄铜即属此例。其化学成份见表1。这种锡黄铜在淡水、海水中均耐蚀,广泛用于热电厂和船舶的冷凝管。合金化的结果不仅提高了其耐蚀性能,而且也提高了其屈服强度,由于Hsn70—1A是α单相合金,其层错能较低,易于滑移,所以其延伸性能也较好。表2为T_2紫铜,H62黄铜以及Hsn70—1A
Brass is an alloy composed of two metals, copper and zinc, which has the advantages of corrosion resistance, high strength and good processability. However, it is easy to dezincification during use and reduces its corrosion resistance. In which adding a small amount of alloying elements tin and arsenic, it can greatly inhibit its dezincification, thereby enhancing its corrosion resistance. Our factory now produces Hsn76-1A tin brass is the case. The chemical composition shown in Table 1. This tin brass in fresh water, sea water are corrosion resistant, widely used in thermal power plants and ships condenser. Alloying results not only improve the corrosion resistance, but also improve the yield strength, due to Hsn70-1A is a single-phase alloy, its stacking fault energy is low, easy to slip, so its elongation is also better.
