《新课程标准》的实施,打破了传统教学中教师负责教、学生负责学的教学观念,树立师生教与学双方相互沟通、平等友好、教学相长的教学观念。树立“健康第一”的指导思想,按照世界卫生组织对健康的定义,健康观是三维的,即身体健康、心理健康、社会健康。因此,使学生在掌握体育与健康的基本知识和基本的运动技能的同时,形成健康的意识,养成良好的生活和锻炼的习惯。真正实现身体、心理、社会健康的目标,改变传统只重结论、轻过程的教学观念,树立不仅重结论,更要重过程的教学观念。同时也树立教学应“以人为本、以生为本”的教学观念。那么《新课程标准》如何冲破教学陈规,给教师和学生对教材有选择权,让学生真正成为学习的主人?
