近些年来,基层培训工作得到了进一步加强和改善,基层员工的综合素质有了显著的提高,较好地促进了企业各项工作又好又快发展。但随着企业发展的逐步深入和所面临的新形势、新任务,对基层员工素质和能力提出了新的挑战。特别是,目前,部分企业新员工多,文化水平和综合素质参差不齐等问题还在一定程度上存在,急需通过加强基层培训工作来解决。
In recent years, grass-roots training has been further strengthened and improved, the overall quality of grass-roots staff has been significantly improved, and better promote the rapid and good development of all work. However, with the gradual deepening of enterprise development and the new and new tasks it faces, new challenges have been posed to the quality and capability of grass-roots employees.
