本文讨论应用微型计算机(单板机)建立罩式退火炉的数学模型的工程设计方法。阐述了利用单板机产生为随机二位式输入信号的原理、程序设计及其实现等问题。还介绍了进行工业试验的步骤与方法。最后利用相关最小二乘法建立罩式退火炉的数学模型。此模型方法也适用于其它工业生产过程。
This article discusses the engineering design of a mathematic model of a bell annealer using a microcomputer (single-board machine). Describes the use of single-board machine as a random two-bit input signal principle, programming and implementation and other issues. Also introduced the steps and methods of industrial testing. Finally, the mathematic model of the bell-type annealing furnace is established by the relevant least square method. This model approach is also applicable to other industrial processes.
