低渗透、特低渗透油藏在中国油田约占60%,开采此类油层需要进行酸化处理。在阐述酸敏机理的基础上,分析总结出酸敏的主要影响因素为孔隙度、渗透率、碳酸盐含量、绿泥石含量、蒙脱石含量、高岭石含量、伊蒙混层、主要粘土矿物产状等,酸敏指数是一个多影响因素参数。根据用户提供不同的参数的需要运用多元回归方法建立了5个盐酸预测模型。使用大庆、辽河、江苏油田的数据对5个盐酸预测模型进行了检验。结果表明,酸敏程度预测准确度达到80%,实验值与预测值相对误差平均为11%,该模型可以满足预测准确度的要求。并编制了酸敏预测软件。
Low-permeability and ultra-low permeability reservoirs account for about 60% of China’s oilfields, and exploitation of these reservoirs requires acidification. On the basis of elucidating the mechanism of acid sensitivity, the main influencing factors of acid sensitivity are summarized as follows: porosity, permeability, carbonate content, chlorite content, montmorillonite content, kaolinite content, Clay minerals and so on, acid sensitivity index is a more influential factors. According to the needs of users to provide different parameters using multiple regression method to establish a five hydrochloric acid prediction model. Based on the data of Daqing, Liaohe and Jiangsu Oilfields, five hydrogen chloride prediction models were tested. The results show that the prediction accuracy of acid sensitivity is up to 80%, and the relative error between experimental value and prediction value is 11%. The model can meet the requirement of prediction accuracy. And prepared the acid sensitivity prediction software.
