目的 研究运动训练是否可促进小鼠脑局灶性缺血后的功能恢复。方法 选雄性C5 7BL/6J小数 ,电凝大脑右侧中动脉 ,制成MCAO模型 ,随机分为运动组 10只、对照组 11只及假手术对照组 13只。运动组及假手术组均给与每天跑笼运动训练 1h ,连续 1个月。分别在术后 3、5、10、15、2 0、3 0d评定其肌力、姿势反射、平衡功能。结果 运动组较对照组功能恢复显著好 ,姿势反射、平衡功能测量均较对照组好 (P <0 .0 5 )。假手术组功能变化不显著 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 运动训练有助于小鼠脑局灶缺血后的功能恢复。
Objective To investigate whether exercise training can promote functional recovery after focal cerebral ischemia in mice. Methods Male C5 7BL / 6J decimals were electroporated into the right middle cerebral artery to make MCAO model. They were randomly divided into exercise group (n = 10), control group (n = 11) and sham operation control group (n = 13). Exercise group and sham operation group were given daily exercise training cage 1h, continuous 1 month. At 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 30 days after operation, their muscle strength, postural reflex and balance function were evaluated. Results Compared with the control group, exercise group had better functional recovery, postural reflex and balance function measurement than the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant change in the function of sham operation group (P> 0.05). Conclusion Exercise training is helpful to the functional recovery after focal cerebral ischemia in mice.
