目的研究邻苯二甲醛消毒剂的杀菌效果及其有关性能。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验、模拟现场和现场消毒试验、稳定性试验、金属腐蚀性试验进行观察。结果0.53%邻苯二甲醛消毒液作用2.5min对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭对数值均>5.00,对白色念珠菌和龟分枝杆菌脓肿亚种的杀灭对数值均>4.00,作用5min对内镜消毒模拟现场试验效果和现场试验效果都达到高水平消毒要求。0.53%邻苯二甲醛消毒液对不锈钢、碳钢、铜、铝浸泡72h后均属基本无腐蚀;产品经37℃恒温恒湿存放90d后,邻苯二甲醛含量下降率为2.08%,有效期可达2年以上。结论0.53%邻苯二甲醛消毒液作用5min达到对内镜高水平消毒要求,且性能稳定,对金属基本无腐蚀,可用于内镜消毒。
Objective To study the bactericidal effect of ortho-phthalaldehyde disinfectant and its related properties. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to simulate the scene and field disinfection test, stability test and metal corrosion test. Results The killing logarithm of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus with 0.53% o-phthalaldehyde disinfectant for 2.5 minutes were both> 5.00, and the killing logarithm against both Candida albicans and Mycobacterium chelonae abscesses> 4.00 , The role of 5min endoscopic disinfection simulation field test results and field test results have reached a high level of disinfection requirements. 0.53% o-phthalaldehyde disinfectant was almost non-corrosive to stainless steel, carbon steel, copper and aluminum for 72h. After the product was stored at 37 ℃ for 90d, the content of o-phthalaldehyde decreased by 2.08% Up to 2 years. Conclusions 0.53% ortho-phthalaldehyde disinfectant can reach the high endoscopic disinfection requirements for 5 minutes, with stable performance and little corrosive to metal, which can be used for endoscopic disinfection.
