研究了车轴卸荷槽部位L-S探伤方法原理,计算了L-S波的回波声压,设计了L-S探头,并在人工车轴试块和实物车轴上进行了试验验证。结果表明,对垂直于表面的裂纹,L-S探伤法比小角度纵波探伤法具有更高的灵敏度和可靠性。
The principle of L-S inspection method was studied. The echo sound pressure of L-S wave was calculated and the L-S probe was designed. The test was carried out on the artificial axle and the physical axle. The results show that the L-S flaw detection method has higher sensitivity and reliability than the SLAW method for cracks perpendicular to the surface.
