目的对人工晶体植入术后应用皮质类固醇激素的眼压变化进行系统研究。方法对６９例人工晶体植入眼局部用０．１％地塞米松点眼４周，６次／ｄ。结果眼压由用药前２．０４２±０．３１１ｋＰａ升高到２．５５１±０．５７８ｋＰａ，平均升高０．５５２±０．２０１ｋＰａ（Ｐ＜０．０１）。停用０．１％地塞米松４周后，眼压由２．５５１±０．５７８ｋＰａ下降到１．７２９±０．２３９ｋＰａ，平均下降０．８０９７±０．４２３ｋＰａ（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论人工晶体植入术后长期局部应用０．１％地塞米松可引起高眼压反应；无危险因素人工晶体眼停用０．１％地塞米松以后眼压可恢复到正常水平。
Objective To study the changes of intraocular pressure (IOP) using corticosteroid after intraocular lens implantation. Methods 69 cases of intraocular lens implantation were treated with 0.1% dexamethasone for 4 weeks and 6 times / d. Results Intraocular pressure increased from 2.042 ± 0.311kPa to 2.551 ± 0.578kPa before treatment, with an average increase of 0.552 ± 0.201kPa (P <0.01). After stopping 0.1% dexamethasone for 4 weeks, IOP decreased from 2.551 ± 0.578kPa to 1.729 ± 0.239kPa with an average decrease of 0.8097 ± 0.423kPa (P <0.01). Conclusion Long-term topical application of 0.1% dexamethasone after intraocular lens implantation can cause ocular hypertension. No risk factors intraocular pressure can be restored to normal level after 0.1% dexamethasone is stopped in patients with intraocular lens.
