目的 :探讨脑血管病患者血清细胞间粘附分子 -1 (ICAM-1 )水平和脑血管病发病与治疗的关系。方法 :用 ELISA法测定脑血管病患者和正常对照组血清可溶性细胞间粘附分子 -1 (s ICAM-1 )含量。结果 :脑血栓形成或脑出血患者血清 s ICAM-1含量均较对照组显著增高 (P<0 .0 1 ;P<0 .0 1 ) ;伴有高血压的脑血栓形成、脑出血患者血清 s ICAM-1含量较正常血压者显著增高 (P<0 .0 5)。结论 :ICAM-1在高血压引起脑卒中发病及治疗方面具有重要意义
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the serum level of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) and the incidence and treatment of cerebrovascular disease in patients with cerebrovascular disease. Methods: Serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (s ICAM-1) levels in patients with cerebrovascular disease and normal controls were measured by ELISA. Results: The levels of serum ICAM-1 in patients with cerebral thrombosis or intracerebral hemorrhage were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01; P <0.01); patients with cerebral thrombosis and cerebral hemorrhage complicated with hypertension Serum s ICAM-1 levels were significantly higher than those of normotensive (P <0.05). Conclusion: ICAM-1 plays an important role in the pathogenesis and treatment of stroke caused by hypertension
