借助于JMatPro软件对25Cr2Ni2MoV进行焊接性计算分析,间接评定了其工艺焊接性;通过相关焊接性试验直接评定其工艺焊接性:通过斜Y形坡口焊接裂纹试验,确定了焊前预热温度;并进行了25Cr2Ni2MoV与NiCrMo2.5-IG的焊接匹配性及其接头力学性能试验。结果表明:通过JMatPro计算得材料的组织和性能具有一定的参考和指导价值;焊丝熔敷金属的加入降低了焊缝区的裂纹倾向,改善了焊缝区的强度,母材与焊材的匹配性很好;预热温度为200~250℃时,焊接接头性能满足焊接转子生产对性能的要求,接头的最大硬度出现在热影响区。
The weldability of 25Cr2Ni2MoV was evaluated by means of JMatPro software and its process weldability was evaluated indirectly. The process weldability was directly evaluated by the relevant weldability test. The preheat temperature was determined by the welding crack test of oblique Y- The welding matching between 25Cr2Ni2MoV and NiCrMo2.5-IG and their joint mechanical properties were tested. The results show that: the calculated by JMatPro material organization and performance of a certain reference and guidance value; welding wire deposited metal to reduce the tendency of the weld crack, improve the strength of the weld zone, matching base metal and welding consumables Good; when the preheating temperature is 200 ~ 250 ℃, the performance of the welded joint meets the performance requirements of the welded rotor production, and the maximum hardness of the joint appears in the heat affected zone.
