为了提高混凝土制品质量,节约能源,混凝土制品生产企业已普遍采用节能养护窑。但实践证明,有些养护窑,由于设计考虑不周、施工质量太差,使用中不加以维护,其节能效果没有达到预期的目的。对此,我们根据几年来的研究与实践,撰写了一组养护与节能的文章,谈谈我们的看法。这组文章的题目是:1、混凝土制品养护节能途径的探讨;2、间歇式节能养护窑的设计与研究;3、喷嘴设计及使用;4、定向循环养护及效果研究;5、养护制度的确定与控制。这组文章将由《混凝土与水泥制品》杂志分期连载,供生产厂家和有关人员参考。
In order to improve the quality of concrete products and save energy, concrete product manufacturers have generally adopted energy-saving conservation kilns. However, practice has proved that some conservation kilns, due to poor design considerations, poor construction quality, are not maintained during use, and their energy-saving effects do not achieve the intended purpose. In this regard, we have written a series of articles on conservation and energy conservation based on research and practice over the past few years and talked about our views. The topics of this group of articles are: 1. Discussion on ways to conserve energy conservation of concrete products; 2. Design and research of intermittent energy-saving conservation kiln; 3. Design and use of nozzles; 4. Directional cycle maintenance and effect research; 5. Maintenance system Determine and control. This group of articles will be serialized by “Concrete and Cement Products” magazine for manufacturers and related personnel.
