给出了BQ1010A型单臂刨床数控改造控制原理,进行了进给系统传动比的最佳计算,完成了控制系统硬件、软件的设计及机械部分的改造设计,使刨床的最小进给量由原来的0.60mm减小到0.01mm,提高了刨床的使用范围和零件的加工精度。
The control theory of BQ1010A single-arm planer is given, and the optimal calculation of the transmission ratio of the feed system is completed. The design of the hardware and software of the control system and the design of the mechanical part are completed. The minimum feed of the planer is reduced from the original 0.60mm reduced to 0.01mm, improve the use of planer and parts machining accuracy.
