针对目前国内缺乏激光直接标记的加工及质量检验标准的情况,以金属铝板为试验对象,研究了影响标记质量的因素以及质量评价方法。提出一种图像处理与正交试验相结合的方法,分析了有效矢量步长、有效矢量步间延时、Q频和激光电流四个激光工作参数对标记质量的作用效果。以对比度为考察指标,通过对试验数据进行方差分析以及F检验,证明了有效矢量步长为影响标记质量的显著因素,且有效矢量步长取0.003mm,有效矢量步间延时取40μs,Q频取1kHz,激光电流取12A时在铝板上标记出的图像质量最优。该研究对在不同材料上快速得出标记图像的最优工艺参数组合有一定的指导意义。
Aiming at the lack of processing and quality inspection standard of laser direct marking in our country at present, taking the metal aluminum plate as the test object, the factors that affect the marking quality and the quality evaluation method are studied. A method combining image processing with orthogonal experiment is proposed. The effects of effective vector step, effective vector time delay, Q frequency and laser current on the quality of mark are analyzed. Taking the contrast as the index of investigation, the variance of the test data and the F-test proved that the effective vector step is the significant factor affecting the mark quality. The effective vector step is 0.003mm, the effective vector delay is 40μs, Q Take the frequency of 1kHz, laser current taken 12A when the aluminum plate marked the best image quality. The research has certain guiding significance for the combination of the optimal process parameters for rapidly obtaining the marked images on different materials.
