Objective: To investigate the value of myeloid cell-triggered receptor-1 and serum C-reactive protein in severe acute pancreatitis. Methods: Forty patients with severe acute pancreatitis treated in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected as study group and 40 patients with acute acute pancreatitis as control group. Twenty The healthy people were healthy control group. TREM-1 was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and serum C-reactive protein (CRP) by immunoturbidimetry. Results: Myeloid cell-triggered receptor-1 expression was significantly higher in patients with severe acute pancreatitis than in patients with mild pancreatitis and healthy people (P <0.05). Peripheral blood myeloid cells in patients with acute pancreatitis triggered receptor-1 and serum C-reactive protein content and the disease was positively correlated. CONCLUSION: Myeloid cells express trigger receptor-1 in relatively severe acute pancreatitis, which is highly expressed and closely related to the content of CRP, which has clinical value.
