用乙醇提取中药大黄中的有效成分,然后在4种细胞培养上研究其抗病毒作用。结果表明,此药不仅毒性极低,而且能促进细胞生长;在Hela,Hep-2,PRK,BHK_(21)细胞培养上均有明显的抗病毒作用,对水痘-带状疱疹病毒、单纯疱疹病毒的有效抑制浓度为100mg/L,对风疹病毒Gos-10株和JR_(23)株的有效抑制浓度分别为10000mg/L和5000mg/L,并有预防病毒感染和直接杀伤病毒的作用。提示中药大黄有良好的开发应用前景。
Ethanol was used to extract the active ingredients of rhubarb, and then the antiviral effect was studied in four cell cultures. The results showed that the drug not only has very low toxicity, but also promotes cell growth; it has obvious antiviral effect on Hela, Hep-2, PRK, and BHK_(21) cell cultures. It is effective against chickenpox-zoster virus and herpes simplex. The effective inhibitory concentration of the virus is 100 mg/L, and the effective inhibitory concentrations for the rubella virus strains Gos-10 and JR_(23) are 10000 mg/L and 5000 mg/L, respectively, and they have the effect of preventing virus infection and directly killing the virus. It indicated that Rhubarb has a good prospect of development and application.
