组织承诺与工作满意度近年成为教师发展研究领域的热点问题,青年教师是高职院校师资梯队中的重要组成部分,是高职院校长期发展的新生力量与明日之星。对高职院校青年教师的组织承诺和工作满意度展开研究,可以为高职院校管理提供重要依据。本研究以浙江艺术职业学院为例,采用访谈和问卷调查的研究方法对该学院学院青年教师的组织承诺与工作满意度进行数据测量、分析,得出了青年教师组织承诺与工作满意度的一般规律,并提出相应建议。
Organizational commitment and job satisfaction have become hot topics in the field of teacher development research in recent years. Young teachers are an important part of the teachers’ echelon in higher vocational colleges and are the new-found force and the star of tomorrow in the long-term development of higher vocational colleges. The research on the organizational commitment and job satisfaction of young teachers in higher vocational colleges can provide an important basis for the management of higher vocational colleges. Taking Zhejiang Art College as an example, this study measured and analyzed the organizational commitment and job satisfaction of the college faculty young teachers using interviews and questionnaires, and concluded that young teachers’ organizational commitment and job satisfaction are generally Law, and put forward the corresponding suggestion.
