目的观察中西医结合治疗对复治肺结核肺部CT病灶征象的影响。方法将58例复治性肺结核患者随机分为治疗组29例和对照组29例。观察两组治疗前后肺部CT病灶及空洞的变化情况。结果两组治疗8个月后,病灶吸收情况比较,观察组患者总有效率为93.1%,明显优于对照组的77.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组肺部CT空洞变化比较,治疗组患者总有效率为90.1%,明显优于对照组的78.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗复治性肺结核对病灶吸收及空洞闭合情况均有良好的促进作用,且安全有效,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To observe the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on pulmonary CT signs of reconstructive pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods 58 patients with re-treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly divided into treatment group 29 cases and control group 29 cases. The changes of lung CT lesions and voids before and after treatment were observed. Results Eight months after treatment, the total effective rate of the patients in the observation group was 93.1%, which was significantly better than that of the control group (77.8%) (P <0.05) Compared with the control group, the total effective rate in the treatment group was 90.1%, which was significantly better than that in the control group (78.3%). The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Integrative treatment of re-treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis on the absorption of the lesion and hollow closure have a good role in promoting, and safe and effective, worthy of clinical application.
