利用氮气雾化喷射沉积技术成功地获得了宇航用变形镍基高温合金柱形坯。沉积坯整体致密、含气量低、成分均匀、组织细化。研究了温度和应变速率对沉积材料的高温变形抗力、工艺塑性的影响以及热加工和经5 种不同热处理后材料的显微组织特征。材料的最终力学性能达到或超过同成分的铸锻材料的标准要求
The deformation of Ni-based superalloy cylindrical for astronautics was successfully obtained by nitrogen atomized spray deposition technology. The overall compact billet, gas content is low, uniform composition, refinement. The effects of temperature and strain rate on the high temperature deformation resistance and the plasticity of the deposited materials were investigated. The microstructure characteristics of the materials after hot-working and five different heat treatments were also studied. The final mechanical properties of the material meet or exceed the standard requirements of the same composition of casting and forging materials
