上海电机(集团)公司电机器材厂是一家400人的小型企业,它的前身是一家热加工厂,工艺简单,设备落后,劳动强度繁重。长期以来,企业缺乏自我改造和自我发展的能力,经济效益十分低下,固定资产仅几十万元,年利润只有20万元左右。近几年来企业在改革开放的方针指引下,按照社会主义市场经济的模式,坚持贯彻以市场为导向滚动式前进的企业发展战略,通过8年时间的奋力拼搏,终于使企业彻底脱胎换骨,从原来年产只有一二千吨的锻件发展到具有年产万吨无氧铜产品的生产规模,形成了以无氧铜杆、无氧铜漆包线,无氧铜空心管三大类产品的专业性制造厂,经济效益保持稳步增长,1994年总产值12亿元,同比增长300%,利税同比增长80%。
Shanghai Electric (Group) Co., Ltd. Motor Equipment Factory is a 400-person small-scale enterprise. Its predecessor was a hot-processing factory. The process was simple, equipment was backward, and labor intensity was heavy. For a long time, companies lack the ability to transform themselves and develop themselves. The economic benefits are very low. The fixed assets are only a few hundred thousand yuan, and the annual profit is only about 200,000 yuan. In the past few years, under the guidance of the policy of reform and opening up, enterprises have consistently adhered to the market-oriented rolling corporate development strategy in accordance with the model of the socialist market economy. Through eight years of hard work, the enterprise has finally completely transformed itself. Only one or two thousand tons of forgings per year have been developed to a production scale with an annual output of 10,000 tons of oxygen-free copper products, forming a professional production of three types of products: oxygen-free copper rods, oxygen-free copper enameled wires, and oxygen-free copper hollow tubes. The plant has maintained a steady growth in economic efficiency. In 1994, the total output value was 1.2 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 300%, and the profits and taxes increased by 80% year-on-year.
