我们在实验中发现,锦州饲养的大白鼠甲状腺碘含量偏低、甲状腺重量较重。为近一步探讨其原因,我们给一部分大鼠注射碘油,以观察在供碘比较充足的条件下大鼠甲状腺碘代谢的变化。国外一些文献报告(Studer 和 Greer1966,Matovinovic 等1965,lamas 1972缺碘时、实验动物甲状腺中碘化酪氨酸(MIT,DIT)碘化甲状腺氨酸(T_3、T_4)的分布发生改变,MIT/DIT,T_3/T_4比值明显增高。因此,本实验测定了锦州饲养的大鼠甲状腺 MIT、DIT、T_3和 T_4的分布状况。
We found in experiments that rats in Jinzhou had lower thyroid iodine content and heavier thyroid weight. For the next step to explore the reason, we have to part of the rats injected with iodized oil in order to observe iodine sufficient iodine metabolism in thyroid iodine metabolism changes. Some foreign literature reports (Studer and Greer1966, Matovinovic et al 1965, lamas 1972 iodine deficiency, the experimental animal thyroid iodine tyrosine (MIT, DIT) thyroid acid iodine iodide (T_3, T_4) distribution changes, MIT / DIT and T_3 / T_4 ratio were significantly increased.Therefore, the distribution of MIT, DIT, T_3 and T_4 in rat thyroid fed Jinzhou was determined in this experiment.
