改革开放30多年来,我国酒店业的发展经历了从计划经济时代的粗放型、纯接待型管理模式向市场经济时代的现代化、标准化管理模式的转变。随着与国际经济的接轨,中国酒店业势必要与国际酒店集团进行竞争,而且这种竞争会日趋激烈。在竞争中,越来越多的中国酒店意识到了酒店品牌的价值以及品牌在市场竞争中的作用,本文就是从我国中低档酒店的品牌建设存在的问题着眼,进行现状分析,然后进一步研究树立酒店品牌的战略的选择。
