本文系统研究了冷轧辊试样在低温回火中残余应力与表面硬度的变化,找到了描述它们在回火保温中变化规律的函数式。主要结论:1) 在回火中,冷轧辊中残余应力的下降主要集中在回火保温的最初阶段;2) 冷轧辊淬火后的合理回火工艺制度应当是:t=150~160℃,τ=τ加+10小时。
In this paper, the changes of residual stress and surface hardness of cold-rolled samples during tempering at low temperature were systematically studied. Functional formulas describing their variation during tempering were obtained. The main conclusions are as follows: 1) During tempering, the decrease of residual stress in cold roll is mainly concentrated in the initial stage of tempering; 2) The reasonable tempering process after cold roll quenching should be: t = 150 ~ 160 ℃, τ = τ plus +10 hours.
