根据当前和今后林业建设的发展,我区现有技术力量远远赶不上形势的需要。因此,在今年二月召开的全区林业局、处长会议上,决定大力培训基层技术力量,并作为今年林业工作的重要任务之一。各地正在积极开展这一工作,现将我们在哲盟地区培训工作中,初步摸索的一些经验和体会,提出来供参考: According to the current and future development of forestry construction, our existing technical force is far behind the need of the situation.
